Barometer question help

Sally is grabbing her old barometer and notices thath there is a 10mm air bubble at the top of the barometer. The meter reads thats 760mm Hg at 0 degrees Celsius. What is the actuall pressure? My friend sys that its 750mmHg but i think its 770 mmHg. Can someone explain to me which one of us is right.
